SAM:  Greetings Sharon, we are pleased to speak with you again today and most anxious to speak with _____.  

 
As we have not spoken with you before, we will briefly explain how our sessions work.   For we do not refer to them as psychic readings, as that is not our focus at all.  We are spiritual beings who have come together, with Sharon’s help, to share communication with human souls, who have forgotten that they can find this information within themselves, and to help to empower them to follow a clearer, more joyful path of life experiences. 

 
Along the way, it is most important to remember and really LIVE the truth that you create your life experiences.  We will remind you of this all along this session, while we share with you how your life energy is VIBRATING at this time, and how you might wish to alter it a bit, in order to bring to yourself more of what you are desiring.

 
Therefore, we begin.  You have asked questions regarding your relationships as well as blockages, and we would address both of these questions together, as you will begin to soon see that they have a great deal to do with one another.

For to answer simply, yes, you have blockages to many areas of joy you could be creating and enjoying within your life experiences.  All humans do.  The next question is “how can I eliminate these blockages”, and we will address that, and yet we will also mention that you will never be completely free from blockages, as that is a great deal of what human experience entails. 

As you begin to create and expand your manifesting, you will eliminate some blockages, and discover new ones.  And you will discover new levels of old blockages of energy.  It is not something that humans enjoy hearing, and yet it is something to not be dismayed about at all.  In fact, the sooner you accept this natural progression of evolution, the more you will embrace the entire living experience, instead of approving of certain feelings and being irritated and shoving away others.  You will create and have a more balanced view of this thing called life, and you will then be a much more peaceful being.

 
For what are blockages?  How are they created?  What is their usefulness?  And how are you able to break through?

 
First we begin with “what are blockages”?  The word “blockage” has been given to any energy which has stagnated, and has LOST ITS FAITH, and has not been allowed to flow.  Fear is the primary reason humans create blockages.  For they hold onto the fear and let it reside firmly in a situation and that fear is deception resembling truth, and it convinces you that there is no other way to look at, or feel, this area of your life.

 
 Because of this, you tend to lose faith in the perfection and joy that each life experience can hold, so you refuse to move the energy either forward or backwards, for you are afraid that moving it at all might make it worse! 

 
When in fact, NOT moving the energy creates an energy stagnation (or blockage) and that creates more and more pain and build-up of “negative” energy.  It also convinces you that you are unable to handle life and because of this, you find less and less joy in things you would ordinarily find enjoyable, for you are spending much of your energy worrying over things that do not need worry.. THEY JUST NEED MOVEMENT!

 
For energy needs to flow, and when fear throttles down any part of your life and you begin to BELIEVE that there is no good way for this part of your life to turn out, then you become even more of an enabler in the downward spiral towards blockages and negative creations.

 
This all sounds like bad news, does it not?  <laughter from the group>  However, we are simply showing you a bit of what happens when humans refuse to look fear head-on and allow it to be a valuable tool, instead of an evil monster. 

 
For humans are very afraid of fear.  They will do anything to avoid looking at, and feeling fear directly, so they channel it off into other, equally miserable, but somehow bearable emotions.  They channel it into:  anger, irritation, depression, hopelessness, too much eating, too much drinking, too much television, etc.   They are still dealing with the pain of the fear, but they are doing it in chunks that they think they can handle and are completely missing out on the valuable gifts and information that this fear holds, while they are trying to pretend it does not exist.

 
What is much more productive and quicker and LESS painful, is to look at the fear directly, and feel the fear for what it is.  Let it open itself up to you and show you the locations of the blocked energy.  FEEL it in your body.  Where are the blockages and what areas of our life are they concerning?

 
Then, when you have become friends with this valuable tool, called fear, you will find it more than willing to help you find other blockages and heal those as well.

For blockages do not need to be ‘broken through”, as so many humans think.  They simply need to be focused upon and allowed to let energy flow.  First it will be “negative” energy that will flow, that is understandable.  There has been fear “clogging” this area for some time (much as a clogged drain), so do not be surprised if a bit of “gunk” comes up (in terms of emotions).   Do not let that turn you away.  Allow the gunk, allow the fear, ALLOW THE ENERGY TO FLOW.

 
What will happen, if you stay with this, is that the gunk will quickly be replaced with smooth flowing, clarity-inducing energy.  You will find yourself taking more and more deep breaths.  You will look back at these blockages and wonder what you were so afraid of.  You will begin to see and feel life with more joy and ease and will begin to allow more positive experiences to be created.

Therefore, USE your emotions, do not discard them or wish them away, or focus on something “pleasant” to try to detour yourself away from uncomfortable emotions.  When you do this, you are denying the energy to FLOW to these areas, and they will continue to try to get your attention in another, perhaps even more negative, way.   

 
We have heard of others who have encouraged you to look away from the negative and ‘stroke your cat” or other such things, and while we agree that you can spend as much time as you wish on enjoyable activities, we do not advocate doing that INSTEAD of communicating with your valuable emotions.  To use it as a distraction is harmful to your evolution, as you are in essence saying to yourself “I cannot handle this emotion, I will pretend it is not here… la la la la I will focus on something I can handle, like petting my cat”.  It is not advisable and in fact can lead you further into your own self-created illusion and fears.

Now, what does all of this have to do with the questions you have asked?  Much.  For you can look at your money vibrations and your relationship vibrations, and your health vibrations and ascertain if there are any blockages there, due to fear or other emotion that has your energy stagnating.

 
Do not do it in a mode of harsh judgment.  Simply a quick overview of where you feel any fear in your life will suffice.  When you think of money, what is your initial overall feeling?  Does any part of your body tighten and feel nervous or jittery?  Delve into that a bit.  Ask your stomach why it quakes when you mention money.  Ask it what blockage or energy stagnation resides there, and why?  Keep it light and easy, do not force anything, or expect to solve all of your blockages immediately.  Just go into it with curiosity and love (which are the two main ingredients in an enjoyable life in EVERY area of your life).

 
Do the same with your relationship.  You have mentioned that he has a drinking problem, and you may realize after what we have said with you today that of course his drinking is another way for him to handle his own fears.  It is what we spoke of earlier, how fears seem to overwhelm humans, so they find these other ways of diluting the fear, TEMPORARILY.  It does not continue to work, however, as the INFORMATION that these fears hold is vital to your growth, so it MUST find a way to be heard by you.  Therefore, it will continue to try to get your attention. 

 
With those who choose to use alcohol to cover up their fears, they will soon find that alcohol is not enough, and they turn to more alcohol and more and more and perhaps to drugs, etc.   it is not a bad way to live, it simply does not provide joy.  It is a muted, cloudy, murky way to go through life. 

 
What happens is that those who use alcohol to cover up their fears, feel that life is losing its zest and they have forgotten how to come back to their authentic self and feel the joy of living, without those substances.  They turn to those substances and feel almost as if they are their best friends, and will be defensive against anyone who tries to convince them otherwise.

 
This is why we would not suggest speaking with him about this.  We cringe when we see well-meaning people doing “interventions” with other humans, in an effort to prove to them that they love them and force them to change their destructive behavior.  It makes the human feel completely worthless, unable to provide their own healing, and makes them vibrate at a much lower rate.  It is quite alarming when seen and felt from our level.

 
What can help others is to REALLY SEE them as already healed and free from the original fears that are causing this self-destructive behavior.  As often as possible, really visualize and FEEL him as a healthy, vital, powerful creator who is able to begin to make healthier and healthier choices for himself.  Send him love, but not a pitying love, for those who mean well are often sending this type of “pitying love” to others, when it is really the most negative energy of all.  It is an energy that says “you do not know what you’re doing, you’re to be pitied, here let me see you as a worthless human along with you…”  it is not helpful, to say the least.

 
But a powerful, bright, shining love, when focused upon others, empowers them to SEE and FEEL their true, powerful self.  They will begin to see you as someone who loves them exactly as they are, and as such, they will strive, subconsciously, to be the BEST they can be when they’re with you, for on some level they KNOW that you already see them that way.  They will, literally, quite before your eyes, transform into the powerful, joyful person you see them as.

 
Whether he continues to drink is not the focus.  Do not focus on the drug of choice, focus on the healed being.  Let all other things fall by the wayside in their own timing.  Focusing on what you do not like only brings more of it into both of your minds.  Focus on the TRUTH that he is a beautiful soul, capable of facing his fears and finding pure joy within them.

 
You would both be advised to begin to forgive and love yourselves in all areas you feel you are now lacking.  For focusing on lack is not helpful, nor is focusing on guilt or blame or shame.  Acknowledge these feelings, and then shower them and yourselves with love, for you are all doing the very best you can within each moment, and you are now choosing to make better choices.  There is no reason to hold onto bad feelings towards yourselves or one another. 

 
Feel the feeling of relief you feel when you lay aside the baggage of feeling worthless, or feeling undeserving, or feeling lacking or limited in any way.  It is too much of a struggle to hold onto feeling bad about yourself, and life.  Just let go of that struggle and FLOW with feeling good. 

Many humans deny themselves the time to feel good, and in fact when they feel too relaxed or too good, they begin to worry that they’re not doing all they should be doing.  It is a sad fact of life for many humans.  When what you could be doing is just the opposite, when you find yourself feeling unhappy, you can instantly turn that into joy by relaxing and forgiving and remembering that you have the POWER within you to choose how you feel in any moment.

 
 Do not let the past haunt you or take over the magic that is held within this present moment.  The past has no power over you and the future is yours to create, and the way you create it to be the way you want is to focus, with joy and love on this moment, and expect magic.  Just expect it.  It is yours for the asking and the allowing.  Do not say “who am I to deserve a magical life”.  Rather ask “why am I not to?”

You have asked about your health, and we would suggest that you spend time bathing your entire insides with a purified light.  This is not to say that you are having health problems, more so that you have parts to your body who have missed feeling the glorious feeling of being bathed in light and powerful love.  You are ignoring much of your body until something “goes wrong” with it, and it is not the optimal way to live.

 
Spend time thanking your organs, and bathing your entire insides with a glowing golden, white and silver light.  Feel it covering your entire organs and blood and bones and extending through your skin and into the world.  Do the same with your partner, for he is in need of some energy healing himself.  It will feel very loving and will join the two of you together even more, and in a more healthy, healing way.  Save any judgments for another time (or not at all), when you are doing this bathing of healing light with yourself and others.  Do not send love to your legs, and silently proclaim “I wish my thighs were thinner”, or any other such thing.  This is the time to THOROUGHLY love and appreciate your entire body and entire being.
