Recipes, recipes, recipes!!!

I love Cambridge recipes!  I'll put in a few Cambridge recipes, as well as some other low-cal things.  Use your imagination!  You can add extracts and combine Cambridge flavors, and use diet sodas too.

Cambridge shake recipes:

One of my favorites is what we call the "Banana split" shake.
I0 ounces of filtered water with ice (or ice chips, which works better)
1/2 scoop chocolate
1/2 scoop strawberry
1/2 scoop banana cream
Blend all together in blender for a delicious, nutritious drink!

Another favorite is my Root Beer Float.
8-10 ounces of Diet Root Beer with ice (or ice chips, which works better)
2 scoops of Cambridge Vanilla
Blend all together in blender for a delicious, nutritious drink!

A great morning pick-me-up:
8-10 ounces of filtered water with ice (or ice chips)
1 teaspoon of green tea powder (here is a place that sells it)
2 scoops of Vanilla or Eggnogg Cambridge
Blend all together in blender for a delicious, EXTRA nutritious drink!

Strawberry w/Diet Rite shake:
8-10 ounces of Diet Rite Red Raspberry with ice (or ice chips)
2 scoops of Strawberry Cambridge
Blend all together in a blender for a delicious, nutritious drink!

Cambridge Oat Pancakes:

The only time I have them stick is when I put the blueberries in them otherwise they come out great.

2 egg whites
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp oil
2 rounded scoops oatmeal
6 ounces of water
Whisk all together, spray pan and cook on a hot pan.

Cambridge Mousse (made with any Cambridge flavor of your choice):

You need to take one shake mix (any flavor) and add to it 2 teaspoonsful of unflavored powdered gelatine. This adds just 20 cals to the product.  Put the shake mix and the gelatine together in the blender.

Add in about 4 ounces of water (icy cold water from the refrigerator) and blend for one minute.
It will have thickened up by now.  Pour into a bowl/serving dish and put into the refrigerator for 10 minutes then eat and enjoy!!

I like the chocolate mousse done this way!!!

You can make two meals out of one by using a Cambridge Bar divided into two and broken up into pieces and set into the mousse.

Air-popped Popcorn

Make some air-popped popcorn (duh) and then spray I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray on it and add a couple of tablespoons of Parmesan cheese (which is low in calories).  Nummmmy.

Veggie Soup

Water
Chicken or Beef Boullion cubes (or granules)
Fresh mushrooms
Onion
Cabbage
Celery
Fresh g. beans*
Asparagus*
Cauliflower*

The asterisked items are not in the "free veggie" category.  Even though they are low in calories, you will need to take them into account.
