SHARON AND KEVIN'S RACES FROM 5K TO MARATHON!    

Here is information about our 5Ks, 10Ks, and all the way to my marathons!  (oh yes we WILL get there!!!)  

Freaky 5K in October, 2009  My fastest time yet.. 53:50!

     
       

I'll start with our most recent race, which was our HALF MARATHON!!!  13.1 miles!!!  I'll add some more text about it later, but here are some pics!

My first 5K:    (time:  57:04)

Our next 5K was the EAA Runway, with planes taking off right over our heads.  It was very exciting!  Here are a few pics. (Becky did this one with us too)

We always have to do a "Grrrr, we can do it" pose.

Our camera batteries went out right after we took the Finish line picture of Becky and me, so we didn't get one of Kevin at the finish line. But I did get a single one of me there before it went out. Sorry Kev!  We'll get more of you after the Half Marathon (and it was a good lesson to me to come prepared with fully charged batteries in the camera!)
